  • ACFE

    Adult, Community and Further Education Board

    ACFE is a statutory authority under the Education and Training Reform Act 2006. ACFE's role is to plan and promote adult learning, allocate resources, develop policies and advise the Minister for Training and Skills on matters related to adult education in Victoria

  • CIMS

    Client incident management system

    CIMS empowers service providers to effectively respond to and manage client incidents, to be accountable for their actions and to manage the quality of their own services.

  • CRISSP

    Client relationship information system for service providers

    CRISSP is a flexible client information and case management system, developed by the Department of Health and Human Services for the community services sector. It provides an extensive range of functions for recording client information, assisting case management and enabling electronic reporting of data required by the department.

  • FAR

    Financial accountability requirements  

    Funded organisations are required to report their financial position to the departments each year and this is completed by submitting your FAR documents in the Service Agreement Module. The Service Agreement Module is accessed via My Agency.

    Where an organisation receives funding from more than one department, only one FAR submission is required. FAR reporting assists the funding department to ensure that there is a financially sustainable service system.

  • FOPMF

    Funded organisation performance monitoring framework

    The FOPMF applies to organisations funded through a service agreement with the department. It is a key instrument for demonstrating accountability and mitigating risk in relation to sector governance, services and finances while managing the reporting burden.

  • IRIS

    Integrated reports and information system

    IRIS is the data collection system used to record client and service data to comply with the provisions of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005, the Strategic Framework for Family Services and the requirements of the Department of Health and Human Services' Policy and Funding Plan.

  • LEO

    Local engagement officer

    Local engagement officers are located in the Department of Health and Human Services area offices and are the departmental point of engagement between organisations and the department. Local engagement officers communicate local organisation information in relation to core monitoring and performance issues to other area-based and divisional colleagues.

  • OA

    Organisation authority

    The person within an agency who is responsible for validating users in their organisation that require access to any eBusiness application including FAC, CRISSP etc. It is the most important role in the relationship between an organisation and the department in deciding who should have access. In larger organisations, more than one organisation authority can be appointed. If you are unsure who your OA is, contact the eBusiness Support Service on 1300 799 470

  • SABRG

    Service agreement business rules and guidelines

    The SABRG were developed to assist departmental staff in managing and meeting the department's contractual obligations under the Service Agreement held between the department and the organisation.

     

  • SAIK

    Service agreement information kit

    The SAIK is designed to provide organisations funded by the Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Education and Training with essential information about service agreements. The kit is an applicable departmental policy as listed in the Service Agreement 'Schedule 1 Applicable Departmental Policies'.

  • SAM

    Service agreement module

    The service agreement module allows funded organisations to access their service agreement information and to update some records and documents through interactive modules.
