Service Delivery Tracking (SDT) supports organisations in managing their progress towards meeting agreed targets and assists the department to manage its reporting commitments.
  • What does the SDT tool do?

    The tracking tool ensures that funded organisations and the department have a shared view of service delivery that is timely and regular.
