New interface for the Service Agreement Module

The Department of Health and Human Services has developed a new interface for the Service Agreement Module (SAM) which is accessible via My Agency, the secure section of the Funded Agency Channel.

The Department of Health and Human Services has upgraded the SAM interface making it easier to use and navigate. In addition to a fresh look and feel, the upgrade delivers new features and enhances some existing functionality to provide a better user experience. 

Go live 

  • From early October 2018, the new interface is accessible by all funded organisation users who have access to SAM. 
  • There has been no change in the base functionality of SAM. 
  • You can continue to use SAM for all the tasks you currently undertake.
