Acknowledgement and publicity guidelines for Victorian Government funding support

9 July 2021
Organisations are required to acknowledge the funding support provided by the Victorian Government, as part of the ‘Funding acknowledgement’ condition of an organisation’s Service Agreement (or funding agreement).

This acknowledgement must be made in publications and publicity related to services funded – for example, websites, media releases, print and electronic documents, speeches/launches and an organisation’s annual report.

The Acknowledgement and publicity guidelines for Victorian Government funding support (guidelines), logo instructions and logo files have been developed to assist funded organisations in the use of the Brand Victoria logo. The guidelines must be used in conjunction with the logo instructions and logo files.

The guidelines have recently been updated to reflect changes to department names and logo contacts, effective 1 July 2021.

To access the guidelines, logo instructions and logo files refer to the ‘Acknowledgement and publicity guidelines for Victorian Government funding support’ ‘tab’ via the Service Agreement web page on  the Funded Agency Channel <https://fac.dhhs.vic.gov.au/service-agreement>.
