Register key
Do you deliver a disability, homelessness, alcohol and drug, community health, or children, youth or family service?

Have you registered to report incidents through the Client Incident Management System (CIMS) yet?

For in-scope services, it is a requirement to report events or circumstances that occur during service delivery and result in harm to a client through CIMS.

More than 500 of our funded agencies are already registered. How do you register your agency? Complete the CIMS information technology form https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/QF29CNJ and one of our team will contact you.

Head to the CIMS webpage located at https://providers.dhhs.vic.gov.au/cims for more information. See Appendix C of the Client Incident Management Guide <https://providers.dhhs.vic.gov.au/client-incident-management-guide-cims-word> for listings of in-scope services.
