Have you registered to report incidents through the Client Incident Management System (CIMS) yet?

For in-scope services, it is a requirement to report events or circumstances that occur during service delivery and result in harm to a client through CIMS.

More than 500 of our funded agencies are already registered. How do you register your agency? Complete the CIMS information technology form and one of our team will contact you.
