covid-19
Due to heightened privacy and security concerns during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Department of Health and Human Services' (the department) cyber security team has published a special newsletter with key information and advice for agencies and people that may not otherwise have access to such guidance.

The newsletter, Using CRISSP and CRIS with privacy and security in mind outlines obligations that need to be remembered to ensure privacy and security of client information is always at the forefront.

Working remotely does not change responsibilities and organisations are expected to continue to abide by practices for privacy, security and access to CRISSP and CRIS.

Agencies are adviced to protect their staff, their organisation, the Department and most importantly our clients.
