The Reporting template to support interim changes to Minimum qualification requirements for residential care workers in Victoria has been developed to streamline the reporting of exceptions to the minimum qualification policy for residential care workers. This reporting replaces the existing reporting requirements.
Residential care service providers are required to email the completed form to their Agency Performance System Support (APPS) Advisor with a copy provided to CareServices@dhhs.vic.gov.au weekly by close of business every Friday for the period that the interim arrangements are in place.
For the first time submitting the template, residential care service providers are required to provide the total number of workers employed under the interim policy arrangements since they were introduced on 27 March 2020.
