The Service agreement information kit provides guidance for organisations who hold a Service agreement with the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Education and Training.
The Service agreement information kit (SAIK) is designed to provide organisations funded by the Victorian Government departments of Health and Human Services and Education and Training with guidance about service agreements.
Organisations are required to comply with the specific departmental policies contained in the kit. These include safety screening for funded organisations (Chapter 4.6), funded organisation performance monitoring framework (Chapter 4.10) and many other policies. The legislative requirements outlined in the terms and conditions of the service agreement are found in Chapter 3.
To ensure you are accessing the most up to date version of the kit, we recommend you always download it from here, rather used a saved copy on your computer.
Note: the SAIK is currently being reformatted to make it easier to navigate and find what you are looking for. As an interim measure, it is provided as a downloadable document.
